This is how it works

1.  Initial Consultation: We analyze the overall context, goals and expectations and decide if we want to take the next step together. Ideally in a personal meeting or via Zoom.

 

2.  Assignment Clarification: Analysis and preliminary talks with those involved. We plan the first steps and the timeline. 

I stand for discretion and transparency during the process.

3.  Implementation: We implement the agreed process together, step-by-step. We remain in dialogue with each other and adjust if necessary.
